Exercise of Warrants

Pilat Technologies International Ltd (the 'Company') today announces that it has
issued and allotted 100,000 ordinary shares of NIS0.01 each. The shares have
been issued as a result of the exercise of options over 50,000 shares at 8p and
50,000 shares at 7.6p per share pursuant to the terms of the Company's Option
Scheme by Mr Chaim Helfgott, Company Secretary, who, following the exercise 
holds, 113,000 ordinary shares in the Company and 50,000 options.

The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of NIS0.01
each in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commence
on Friday 28 April 2006.

The total number of shares in issue following this exercise of options is
26,379,108.
