                              EXERCISE OF OPTIONS                              

Pilat Technologies International Ltd ("the Company") announces that an employee
of Pilat (North America) Inc, a subsidiary of the Company, has exercised
options over 70,000 new ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in the Company at a
price of 9p per share. The new shares are expected to be issued and allotted on
31 May 2007. Application has been made for admission of the new shares to AIM
with effect from 4 June 2007.
