             Dividend for the six month period ended 30 June 2008              

The Directors of Pilat Technologies International Ltd ("the Company") are
pleased to announce that they have declared a dividend of 1.5p per ordinary
share in respect of the period ended 30 June 2008. The dividend will be paid to
shareholders on the register on 17 October 2008. The Company's shares will
trade "Ex-dividend" on 15 October 2008 and the payment date is 30 October 2008.
