Director Appointment 
 
Pixel Interactive Media Limited, (AIM: PIXL), Asia's leading online advertising 
sales network, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Rae as 
Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective from 1 October 2009. 
 
 
David Richard Rae (36), is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years 
professional experience, primarily as a corporate finance adviser. David has a 
longstanding relationship with Pixel, which began in 2006 when he worked with 
the directors on the Group's AIM IPO. He has continued to maintain a close 
relationship with the Group since then. David has extensive corporate 
transaction experience and has previously held senior positions at Robert W. 
Baird and Dawnay, Day Corporate Finance Limited. 
 
 
Commenting on the appointment, Kevin Huang, Chief Executive Officer of the 
Group, said:"We are pleased to welcome David to our Board and look forward to 
his invaluable advice and guidance as we lead the Group through exciting times 
and to our next stage of growth.  David brings a wealth of experience of equity 
capital markets for fast growth companies and will continue to help our 
communications and strategy to UK investors. His presence on the Board will 
undoubtedly be an asset to the Group and shareholders alike".

Mr Rae is currently a Director of Insight Advisory Limited. 
 
 
From March 2006 until July 2008, Mr Rae was a Director of Dawnay, Day Corporate 
Finance Limited a subsidiary of Dawnay, Day International Limited ("DDI"). In 
July 2008, the Dawnay, Day group of companies were placed into administration 
following the liquidation of the parent company, DDI. 
There are no further disclosures required pursuant to paragraph 2(g) of Schedule 
2 to the AIM Rules.
