Transaction in Own Shares 
 
 
Pixel Interactive Media Limited (the "Company") announces that on 23 September 
2009 it purchased for cancellation 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of 14 
pence per share in accordance with the authority granted to it by shareholders 
at its Annual General Meeting. Following the above purchase, the Company has 
39,792,337 ordinary shares in issue.
