    Share consolidation

    The Board of Playwize plc, the AIM listed company, today announces that following the passing of the resolutions proposed at the general
meeting which took place on 18 November 2008 to subdivide and consolidate the issued ordinary voting shares of 193,518,002 shares of 1p each
into 1,935,180 ordinary shares of 1p each and 19,158,282,198 deferred shares of 0.01p each, application has been made for the issued
1,935,180 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective on 31 December
2008.
