                          Extension of Unsecured Loan 
 
 
The Company announces that, further to the announcement made on 11 November 
2009, Headstart Global 
 Aggressive Fund Limited and Headstart Global Fund 
Limited (the "Headstart Funds") have agreed to extend the repayment date of part 
of an unsecured, interest-free loan of GBP37,300 to the Company (the "Loan 
Facility") from 31 January 2010 to 31 March 2010.  GBP2,300 of the Loan Facility 
has been repaid by the Company and the remaining GBP35,000 is now repayable by 
no later than 31 March 2010.  The funds drawn down by the Company under the Loan 
Facility are being used by the Company to undertake due diligence into 
acquisition targets in line with its investment strategy.
