                                Loan Agreements 
 
Further to the announcements made on 3 December 2008, 16 December 2008, 15 
January 2009, 16 February 2009, 12 March 2009, 18 November 2009, and 18 February 
2010 the Company announces that a further amount has been drawn down, pursuant 
to the loan agreement made between (i) the Company and (ii) Guild Ventures 
Limited (the "Loan"). 
 
In this instance, Guild Ventures Limited has advanced GBP346,000. 
 
The Loans will be used by the Company to fund ongoing working capital 
requirements. 
 
The total amount to date that has been advanced to the Company by Guild Ventures 
Limited now totals GBP11.57m, including accrued interest.
