Further to the announcement of earlier today, the Board confirms that Maurice 
Patrick Lindsay, aged 69, has been appointed as a director and Chairman of the 
Company. 
 
Maurice is currently a director of Racecourse Data Technologies Limited. 
 
In addition, Maurice was a director of the following companies, in the previous 
5 years: 
 
Wigan Athletic AFC Limited (Maurice resigned from this Company with effect from 
21 June 2010) 
Wigan Rugby League Club Limited 
First Division Rugby Limited 
Sporting Wigan Limited (now dissolved) 
High Raise Limited (now dissolved) 
Orrell Rugby Union Football Club Limited (now dissolved) 
Winning Odds (UK) Limited (now dissolved) 
 
Sporting Wigan Limited; High Raise Limited; Orrell Rugby Union Football Club 
Limited and Winning Odds (UK) Limited were each dissolved by the directors of 
that company. In each case the company had never traded or had ceased trading 
prior to being dissolved. 
 
Maurice is not, and has not been, a director or partner of any other company or 
partnership in the last 5 years. 
 
Maurice does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
