RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

The Directors of PSource Structured Debt Limited (the "Company") are pleased to announce that the resolution put to shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today was duly passed. Of those shareholders who voted on the resolution to put the Company into a managed wind down, the result was unanimous.

The number of shares in issue at the date of the meeting was 59,564,681 ordinary shares and each share attracted one vote. The results of the vote are as follows:
