Shore Capital Limited - Response to Announcement of Board Changes by Patientline
plc ("Patientline" or the "Company")

Shore Capital notes today's announcement by Patientline plc.  Shore Capital is
pleased that the board of Patientline has acceded to its EGM resolutions that
Derek Lewis be removed from the post of Chairman with immediate effect and the
appointment of James Barclay Douglas as a non-executive Director.

The decision to remove Mr Lewis would appear to have been supported by a large
majority of Patientline shareholders as Shore Capital had already received
strong backing for both resolutions to be put forward at the EGM scheduled for
Wednesday, 5 April 2006.
