Premier UK Dual Return Trust plc ("the Company")

22 November 2007

The suspension of the listing of the Company's ZDP shares which had been
scheduled to take place tomorrow morning, prior to their reclassification as
reclassified shares under the Scheme, will not now take place. As scheduled,
the ZDP shares are expected to be reclassified tomorrow, 23 November 2007.

A further announcement will be made following the Class meeting and General
meeting due to take place tomorrow.
