Proposed Cancellation of Warrant Trading Facility

PolyFuel hereby notifies that, following the termination of the subscription
period for its Series "A" warrants to subscribe for new shares of the Company's
common stock of par value $0.001 (the "Warrants"), such termination being
effective as of the close of business on 4th January 2007, the proposed
cancellation date of the Warrant trading facility on AIM is Monday 5th February
2007.
