    QuestAir Technologies Inc. - Notification of Shareholding

    BURNABY, BC, July 11 /CNW/ - QuestAir Technologies Inc. ("QuestAir" or
the "Company"; AIM: QAR; TSX: QAR) received notification on July 10, 2008 that
as of June 27, 2008, Impax Asset Management Limited holds 1,088,470 common
shares in the Company representing 9.660% of the QuestAir's issued and
outstanding share capital.
    This announcement is made pursuant to the rules governing the operation
of AIM as established by the London Stock Exchange Plc.
