NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS

Quadnetics Group plc (AIM: QDG), a leader in the design, integration and control of advanced surveillance technology, networked security systems and strategic security solutions will announce its interim results for the six months ended 31 May 2012 on Wednesday 25 July 2012.
