RESOURCES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC (the "Company")

Directors' Dealings


As a result of the recent Tender Offer which closed on 29 November 2007, the
Company has been advised of the following changes to the Directors'
shareholdings:

James Dawnay disposed of 6,750 Ordinary 5p shares.

Howard Drummon disposed of 5,064 Ordinary 5p shares.

Charles Fowler disposed of 543 Ordinary 5p shares.

Richard Martin disposed of 3,939 Ordinary 5p shares.



Following completion of the Tender Offer:

Mr Dawnay's holding will stand at 751 Ordinary 5p shares.

Mr Drummon's holding will stand at 563 Ordinary 5p shares.

Mr Fowler and Mr Martin will hold no interest in the share capital of the
Company.



All shares were disposed of at the tender price of 252.32655p per share.
