Publication of Circular

Further to the announcement of 24 June 2013, the Company has today published a circular (the "Circular") to Shareholders setting out proposals for a voluntary winding-up of the Company and cancellation of admission of the Company's shares to listing on the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

  trading of the Shares 
 General Meeting                   11.00 a.m. on 26 July 2013
