("RIEL" or the "COMPANY")

Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Further to the circular published by the Company on 5 July 2013 (the "Circular") in connection with the recommended proposals for the Company to be wound up voluntarily, the special resolution was duly passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today.

A copy of the Resolution has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Appointment of Liquidator

Ian Damarell of BDO Limited has been appointed as Liquidator to the Company, the Board has stood down and the Liquidator is now responsible for the affairs of and the winding up of the Company. The Liquidator has confirmed that he will retain the Company's Investment Manager to assist in the realisation of the Company's investment in Mostotroy-11 and following such realisation, a cash distribution, after expenses of the liquidation, will be made to Shareholders.

Cancellation of listing of the shares

It is expected that the listing of the Company's Shares will be cancelled at 8.00 a.m. on 29 July 2013.
