("Rusina" or the "Company") 
Issue of unquoted options 
 
 
This announcement is made further to the placing of 57,760,800 new ordinary 
shares in Rusina at a placing price of 5.25p per share by the Company's broker, 
Mirabaud Securities LLP ("Mirabaud"), to raise GBP3,000,000 announced on 18 
September 2009 ("the Placing"). 
 
 
The Company has issued today, as a fee payable to Mirabaud in connection with 
the Placing, 2,888,040 unquoted options to acquire ordinary shares at an 
exercise price of A$0.11 and an expiry date of 4 November 2011. Upon exercise, 
the ordinary shares will rank, pari passu, with all existing ordinary shares.
