                    DISPOSAL OF SNUFFLEBABE AND EASY BREATHE 
 
The Company announces that it has today entered into a sale and purchase 
agreement to dispose of Snufflebabe and Easy Breathe, the infant congestion 
branded products, to D.D.D. Limited. 
 
The Company will receive a total cash consideration of approximately GBP325,000 
consisting of approximately GBP315,000 for the Snufflebabe and Easy Breathe 
brands and approximately GBP4,000 in respect of related inventory. The proceeds 
will be used to reduce the Company's borrowings and for working capital 
purposes. 
 
The Snufflebabe and Easy Breathe products generated annual sales of 
approximately GBP0.35m and gross profit of approximately GBP0.16m for the year 
ended March 2009. 
 
Ivor Harrison, Chief Executive, commented: 
"The board believes the divestment of Snufflebabe and Easy Breathe is in the 
best interests of the Company and its stakeholders. Furthermore, the divestment 
is consistent with the Company's strategy of creating a focused, higher margin, 
differentiated natural consumer healthcare business."
