                        Appointment of Finance Director 
 
Ransom, the natural healthcare company, is pleased to announce the appointment 
to the board of Robert Denton as Finance Director with effect from 26 April 
2010. 
 
Robert Denton, 54, was previously Finance Director of Shieldtech plc from 2007 
to 2009 and also of DuBois Holdings Ltd between 1998 and 2006. From 1994 to 1998 
Robert was Finance Director at Jasmin plc and earlier in his career he was an 
equity partner at Robson Rhodes Chartered Accountants. Robert will replace Ran 
Oren who was appointed Interim Finance Director in October 2008. 
 
Commenting on the appointment, Ivor Harrison, Chief Executive, said, "I am 
delighted to announce the appointment of Robert as Finance Director. His 
accounting and cash management experience will help the Company during this 
challenging period, while his commercial understanding will be valuable in the 
execution of the next stage in the turnaround plan. I would also like to thank 
Ran Oren for his exceptional contribution to the Company over the last 18 
months."
