Robotic Technology Systems plc, by a notice in writing dated 15 December 2009, 
has been notified by Industrial Acquisition Vehicle Limited of St Helier, 
Jersey, JE1 0DB, that on 26 November 2009 it purchased 2,632,322 ordinary shares 
of 1p each in the capital of the company, from Advanced Robotics Foundation. 
This represents a total holding of 17,906,197 ordinary shares which is 28.73% of 
the ordinary shares in issue.
