In accordance with LR 9.6.14R, the Company has been informed that
Mrs Alexandra Mackesy, a non-executive Director of the Company, was
appointed as a non-executive director of Empiric Student Property plc
with effect from 28 May 2014. Empiric Student Property plc listed on
the London Stock Exchange with effect from 30 June 2014.
