Change of Accounting Reference Date

The Board has today announced a change to the Company's accounting reference date to 30 June. Accordingly the current accounting period will represent an 18 month period to 30 June 2011. The Company's sales are highly cyclical with up to 80% of annual sales typically reported in the period 1 July to 31 December. The Board believes that the change of year end will enable the Company to more accurately predict its annual performance and to more efficiently plan and conduct the annual audit during the quieter trading period.

Supercart will issue a trading statement in the first week of February 2011 to provide update on trading for the 12 months to 31 December 2010 and will announce a second interim statement for the 12 months to 31 December 2010 by 31 March 2011.
