Director's Dealings

Sports Cafe Holdings plc (AIM: SCA) has today been informed that Chris Akers, a
Non-executive Director of the Company, sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company ("Shares") at 40 pence per Share on 9 May 2006. Following this, Mr.
Akers is now interested in 1,706,666 Shares in the Company (which represents
4.41 per cent. of the total issued share capital).
