                         Silverjet plc (the "Company")

                                 Results of EGM


Silverjet plc, the British airline offering a private jet experience at a
fraction of the price, confirms that all resolutions proposed at today's
Extraordinary General Meeting relating to the fundraising, comprising the
placing and convertible loan announced on 22 November 2007 were duly passed.

The Company has applied for 20,000,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the
Company to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange
at 8.00 am on 18 December 2007.

Lawrence Hunt, Chief Executive, said:

"We are extremely pleased to announce shareholder approval for our successful
�22 million fundraising, �12 million from existing shareholders and a �10
million convertible loan from a Reuben brothers company. This fundraising was
conducted in difficult market conditions and the overwhelming support we have
had demonstrates investor confidence in Silverjet and highlights the strength of
our business model. We look forward to rolling out our private jet style
experience on a larger scale with the delivery of two further Boeing 767
Extended Range aircraft in April next year.

"Yields continue to strengthen and forward bookings remain strong. Our Dubai
service has exceeded management's expectations."
