First full year of operations

Silverjet celebrated its first full year of operations on 25 January 2008. Since
the launch of its daily service to New York Newark from its private terminal
facilities at London Luton in January 2007 the airline has introduced further
daily services to New York Newark and Dubai, flying into the executive terminal
at the Emirate. The use of private terminals at both ends on the London Luton to
Dubai route is among many firsts for a commercial airline.

Silverjet reached a load factor of 60% within its third full month of operations
and achieved an 80% load factor in August 2007 before the introduction of its
second daily service on the New York Newark route on 22 September 2007. The
Dubai route was launched from Silverjet's Luton base on 18 November 2007.

Silverjet won numerous awards during its first year of operation, including The
Sunday Times Travel's prestigious Best Airline award and Conde Nast Traveller's
Best Business Class Only Airline and the Design and Innovation awards.

Silverjet has secured two further Boeing 767 Extended Range aircraft from
Thomsonfly Limited for delivery in March 2008. These aircraft have an
operational range of over 9,600 kilometres (6,000 miles) from London Luton
Airport, Silverjet's base. In addition to New York Newark and Dubai, the
aircraft will be capable of operating from London Luton, for example, to Delhi,
Johannesburg, Mauritius, Shanghai or Los Angeles carrying 100 passengers.

Lawrence Hunt, Chief Executive of Silverjet, said:

"We are extremely proud of our record achievements for a start up airline in our
first year of flying.

"During January, traditionally one of the quietest month's for long haul travel,
our very successful "Very Sivilised Sale" resulted in 18,131 forward sectors
booked, more than double (up 132%) December 2007. Total revenue also more than
doubled (up 106%) compared to December. This is an undoubted vindication of the
desire of our target customers, in New York, Dubai and London, to fly from our
private terminals in a luxury aircraft and at fares often 50% lower than our
competitors.

"January was our eleventh successive month of record passenger statistics,
however the growth achieved has not been as high as we had hoped, and forward
bookings, although strong, are unlikely to make up this shortfall in the year
ending 31 March 2008. As a result of this, and a C check on one of our aircraft
during February which is expected to reduce our rotations by 12, we no longer
expect the group, in terms of operating cashflow, to be broadly cash neutral
between the Placing and 31 March 2008. Nevertheless, the value of
Silverjet's bookings taken in January exceeded operational expenditure incurred
in that month.

"The Board, however, continues to be confident that Silverjet will achieve its
first month of pre tax profit in March 2008 due in part to our very successful
sales performance in January.

"Our operational performance is also setting new standards for the airline
industry. During October and November Silverjet was, according to official
statistics recently published by the CAA, the most punctual airline on the
London to New York route. The Board is confident that Silverjet can maintain
this rating in the future."

                                    - ends -
