Notice of general meeting, LCB settlement update and subscription update

Notice of general meeting

The Board of Strategic Natural Resources will shortly post to shareholders a circular convening a general meeting of the Company, to be held at 10.00am on 30 June 2014 at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP, 44 Southampton Buildings, London, WC2A 1AP (the "General Meeting"). At the General Meeting the Board will seek approval to increase the Company's authority to issue and allot shares. A copy of the General Meeting circular will also available from the Company's website, www.snrplc.co.uk, once it has been posted to shareholders

Update on settlement with LCB

Further to the announcement by the Company on 13 May 2014 the Board has agreed to amend the settlement terms with London Commodity Brokers ("LCB") such that the sum of GBP60,000 of the second settlement was paid on 3 June 2014 and the remaining balance of GBP90,000 will be paid on 12 June 2014. Further, the Company has agreed, for commercial reasons, to issue LCB 3,500,000 new ordinary shares in SNR, rather than the 1,666,667 originally agreed. These shares will be issued to LCB as soon as practicable after 6 June 2014. LCB has agreed to the withdrawal of the winding up petition at a hearing scheduled for 16 June 2014.

Subscription update

The Company and Target Alliance have agreed to defer the admission of the 10,000,000 Further Subscription Shares to trading on AIM until 11 June 2014 (previously 9 June 2014).
