                              Blocklisting Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of a
maximum of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), which could be issued pursuant to the Company's 1999 Performance
Related Plan. It is anticipated that the blocklisting application will be
granted on 17 January 2007.
