                                 Issue of Equity

The Company announces that pursuant to the exercise of share options in Sirius
Solutions Limited ('Sirius') formerly  called (Sirius Financial Solutions Plc)
by former option holders in connection with the Company's acquisition of 
Sirius, application has been made for 21,927 new ordinary shares issued in
connection with the exercise of share  options to be admitted to trading on AIM.
It is expected that admission will take place on Friday 18 January 2008.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares.  Following admission,  the total number of ordinary shares in
issue will be 82,631,604.
