  Contract worth up to EUR60 million with Bord Gáis Energy for the supply of Home 
                                Energy Services 
          Creation of 90 jobs and expansion into the North of Ireland 
Further to the announcement on 15 December 2009, Siteserv plc (quoted on IEX and 
AIM), through its subsidiary Sierra Communications Limited ("Sierra") a leading 
services provider to the telecommunications, power & energy and civil 
engineering sectors, has now signed a contract worth up to EUR60 million to become 
the sole services provider associated with the installation, maintenance and 
testing of domestic boilers and a range of energy efficient products and 
services to Bord Gáis Energy. 
Sierra will incorporate the existing Bord Gáis Energy Appliance Servicing 
business into a new division which will initially employ 20 new full time staff 
in the areas of management and administration.  In addition to a number of 
subcontracted staff who will transfer to the new division, the company will also 
create a further 70 building services jobs over the next 12 months. Separately, 
Sierra will also expand its services into the North of Ireland, establishing an 
office in this market. The contract was secured in a competitive tender process, 
in which both international and Irish companies participated. 
The contract has an estimated value of up to EUR60m over the 3-year term and has a 
potential to extend for a further 2 yearspotentially bringing the value to 
approximately EUR100 million in total.
