                                BOARD APPOINTMENT


Stylo plc, the Bradford based shoe retail company announces the appointment of
Mr David Spitz (64), as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from
1 September 2006.

Mr Spitz has many successful years' experience in the shoe retail industry, most
recently as a director of, and consultant to, the Shoe Studio Group.


Michael Ziff, commenting on the appointment said:

David will bring to the Group extensive knowledge and experience of the shoe
