In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, 
Stylo PLC ("the Company") notifies the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 33,283,956 Limited Voting 
Ordinary Shares with one vote each and 1,308,810 Management Shares with
16 votes each. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 54,224,916.

The Limited Voting Ordinary Shares have been admitted to trading on AIM.  
The Management Shares are not quoted on any investment exchange.

The above total voting rights figure (54,224,916) may be used by shareholders
as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they 
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the 
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
