          Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons


The Company today announces that Mr David Lee, the executive Chairman of the
Company, has today purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("ordinary
shares") at a price of 5.25p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Lee has a
beneficial interest in 1,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.25 per cent of
the ordinary share capital of the Company.
