                              Licensing agreement

Endeavors Technologies, Inc. ("Endeavors"), the application streaming software
subsidiary of Tadpole Technology plc, today announced that it has extended its
worldwide OEM software integration agreement with Wyse Technology ("Wyse"), a
leading supplier of 'thin client' computing solutions which was originally
executed in January 2005.

That agreement granted Wyse access to, and the right to integrate, application
streaming technologies from Endeavors' AppExpress product into Wyse solutions.
The extension will allow Wyse to offer both current and future Endeavors
technologies on both Wyse thin clients and other non-Wyse hardware platforms.

To reflect a closer and on-going working relationship Wyse will be joining
Endeavor's Technical Advisory Group, thereby providing guidance on market trends
and future product requirements within the Application Streaming and Thin Client
arena.
