A notice for the designation of our stock as "Securities under Supervision 
(confirming)" 
 
We hereby announce that the stock of Takefuji Corporation (8564) has been 
designated as "Securities under Supervision (confirming)" by Tokyo Stock 
Exchange effective September 27. 
 
 
 1. Duration for "Securities under Supervision (confirming)" 
 Pursuant 
to Article 605, clause 1.8, of the sub criteria of the Stock Listing Eligibility 
Code, from September 27, 2010 until the date when the stock of Takefuji 
Corporation(8564) is judged to be eligible for listing or not. 
 
 2. Reason 
for designation as "Securities under Supervision (confirming)" 
 Tokyo Stock 
Exchange's (TSE) announcement is as follows. As it was partly reported today 
that Takefuji is preparing to file for the Corporate Rehabilitation Law, the 
company announced that it had been considering to take all resorts to 
restructure and rebuild its business.  In case the company files for the 
Corporate Rehabilitation Law, its stock would get unlisted. Therefore TSE 
determined to designate "Securities under Supervision (confirming)".
