THE CAYENNE TRUST PLC (the 'Company')

Listing Rule 15.5.1 (4) - Transactions in a Close Period

The Company announces that:

a) all price sensitive information known to the Company and its Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities for the Company (collectively "PDMRS") up to the date of this announcement has been notified on a Regulated Information Service ('RIS');

b) any new price sensitive information becoming known to the Company or any of its PDMRs up to the announcement of annual results by the Company for the year ended 31 January 2015 will, as soon as practicable and to the extent permissible, be notified on a RIS; and

c) neither the Company nor any of its PDMRs shall deal in the securities of the Company whilst in possession of unpublished price sensitive information, unless such unpublished information ceases to be price sensitive or has otherwise been notified on a RIS.

Given the above the Company, its Directors and PDMRS take relief from the close company provisions of the Model Code in respect of dealings in the Company's own securities during the period leading up to the announcement of results for the half-year to 31 July 2015.
