The Board of Tecteon announce that negotiations with Qstik and Clement Clarke
International referred to in Tecteon's interim results announced on 29 March
2007, have been terminated as the Board was not satisfied that relevant due
diligence information was being produced to Tecteon on a timely basis. The
Company is taking steps to recover the money that it believes is due to it from
Clement Clarke International.



Tecteon has commenced discussions with parties unconnected with Qstik and
Clement Clark International relating to potential investments by the Company in
a number of technology businesses with high quality management teams. These
negotiations are progressing satisfactorily but there is no guarantee that any
transactions will be consummated. The Board intends to recruit new management
which will utilise Tecteon's existing technology as well as new business in the
future development of the Company.
