                            RE. SHARE PRICE MOVEMENT

TradingSports Exchange Systems plc ("TradingSports" or "the Company") has noted
the recent movements in the company's share price, and following the
announcement on 7 July in which the Board confirmed that it was reviewing the
Company's future funding requirements and examining all options, the Board can
confirm that it is currently reviewing such funding options. The Board confirms
that it has received offers of funding which it is currently reviewing with a
view to re-capitalising the Company to take it on to its next stages of growth.
Offers received for funding are at a price of not more than 15p per share.
