              Statement re Vantage Corporation Limited Shareholding

The  Company has today been notified that Vantage Corporation Limited has  today 
transferred its entire holding of 45,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each  in  the 
Company  (representing  75  per  cent. of the Company's  issued  ordinary  share 
capital) to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Total Holdings Limited. 
 
Total  Holdings Limited, a Cayman registered investment holding company, is  100 
per  cent.  owned  by Vantage Corporation Limited and there  is,  therefore,  no 
change  in  the  beneficial  ownership  of  these  shares.  Vantage  Corporation 
Limited's  relationship  with  the  Company continues  to  be  governed  by  the 
Controlling Shareholder Agreement dated 2 May 2007.
