The  Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Zhang Yun as  a  director 
and as the Company's Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. 
 
Zhang  Yun,  39,  is  a director and Chief Executive Officer of  Total  Holdings 
Limited   ("THL"),  Tembusu's  parent  company.  She  joined  Tembusu's   former 
controlling  shareholder, Vantage Corporation Limited ("VCL"), in  2004  as  the 
Chief  Investment  Officer  and  was  actively  involved  in  VCL's  merger  and 
acquisition  activities. Ms. Zhang was previously Tembusu's Chairman  and  Chief 
Executive  Officer, resigning on 17 March 2008 to concentrate on other  business 
interests.   Prior  to joining VCL in 2004, Ms. Zhang worked in  the  investment 
banking  divisions of N M Rothschild and Overseas Union Bank in  Singapore.  She 
started her working career in China and Hong Kong in the real estate development 
sector.  Ms.  Zhang  graduated from the Peoples University  of  China,  Beijing, 
before obtaining her MBA from the National University of Singapore.
