Update on Further Drawdown Request 
 
 
Further to the announcement of 16 March 2009 the board of Timan has received 
confirmation from Kamanisk Holdings Limited ("Kamanisk") that $300,000 was sent 
to the Company's bank account on 19 March 2008 and, in accordance with normal 
banking practice, is expected to be cleared in the Company's bank account today 
or on 23 March 2009. The remainder of the $7.5 million recently requested from 
Kamanisk is expected to be received by the end of this month.
