Offer Talks Terminated

Tangent Communications today announces that it has decided not to proceed with
its proposed offer for TMN Group plc. The directors confirm that Tangent did not
incur material costs in connection with the proposed offer.

Tangent will be updating the market on its full year results in May 2008, which
the directors are pleased to report will be in line with their expectations.
