                            DEUTSCHE BANK INVESTMENT

Teleset Networks Public Company Limited ("Teleset" or "the Company"; 
LSE-AIM: TNW) announces that the London office of Deutsche Bank AG has made a 
significant investment in the Company by way of a placing of 3,481,592 new 
ordinary shares of CYP0.01 at a price of 24.5 pence per share.

Yiannis Demetriou, Chief Executive Officer of Teleset, said:

"We are delighted to welcome Deutsche Bank as a significant new shareholder in 
Teleset.  This adds a further 'blue chip' shareholder following the substantial 
investments in the Company made in recent months by funds managed by 
Templeton Asset Management and by the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank.

"As each of these investments has been made in new shares, Teleset has been able
to increase its resources available for expansion."

Application has been made for the depository instruments representing the new 
ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The new ordinary shares will 
rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company and trading of 
the depository instruments on AIM is expected to commence on 13 August 2007.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue following this issue is 
137,556,715.
