LONDON, December 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --
Toluna today announced figures from the roll-out of their
QuickSurveys DIY product. The self-service survey engine plugs into
Toluna's proprietary panel communities of 4 million users, and is
completely free to use for those that want to survey their own
respondents, be it via email, social media or website.
QuickSurveys was one of the first of its kind to market, having
launched mid-2011. Key milestones achieved in the first 6
months include 10,000 users, 20,000 surveys done and more than
$1 million in revenue.
'It's a fantastic platform for future growth in this fast moving
sector. We're constantly delighted by new customers coming to us
who are trying out surveys for the first time', said Mark Simon, Managing Director of Toluna's Global
Technology Practice, 'but just as frequently we're seeing
QuickSurveys meet the needs of more experienced research
professionals all over the world. There's a lot of well-known MR
firms and big blue chip companies in there. In 2012 we will
continue ramping up our efforts with more features and more
countries available.'
Simon went on to say that 'Our industry is underestimating the
sea change that DIY survey solutions are bringing. As a provider of
digital research platforms, Toluna is at the forefront of this
revolution, which is the true democratizing force in research right
now.'
