                                Issue of Equity 
 
The Directors of TP70 2010 VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company has 
applied for the eighth and final allotment of 674,000 Ordinary Shares allotted 
on 1 June 2010 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 2 February 2010 at a 
price of GBP1 per share to be admitted to the Official List. 
 
Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on or around 7 June 2010. 
 
As a consequence of this allotment, a total of 8,746,338 Ordinary Shares have 
now been allotted under the Offer. 
 
The Offer has now closed.
