Recommended Proposal for a change to the Investment Policy 
The Board of TP70 2010 announced today that it is writing to shareholders to 
recommend approval of changes to TP70 2010's investment policy effecting the 
means of obtaining exposure to GAM Trading II GBP, in order as far as possible 
to match the exposure outlined in the Prospectus issued by TP70 2010 dated 2 
February 2010.  It is not intended to change its intended exposure to Triple 
Point VCT-qualifying investments. 
Approvals 
TP70 2010 shareholders will receive a circular dated 14 September 2010 issued in 
connection with the proposed changes to the Investment Policy. 
A copy of the Circular will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and 
will shortly be available for viewing online at the following web-site address: 
 http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do 
Expected Timetable 
Latest time for receipt of forms of proxy for the TP70 2010 General Meeting: 2 
pm on 12 October 2010 
General Meeting: 2pm on 14 October 2010
