    Issue of Equity

    The Directors of TP70 2008 (II) VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company has applied for the ninth allotment of 1,179,875
Ordinary Shares allotted on 7 April 2008 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 14 December 2007, being 1,179,875 Ordinary Shares of
1p each at a price of �1 per share to be admitted to the Official List.  

    As a consequence of the ninth allotment, a total of 21,778,792 Ordinary Shares have now been issued under this offer.

    Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on 9 June 2008.
