                            Re: Redemption Facility 
As set out in the Company's prospectus, the Directors of the Company have the 
discretion to offer a half yearly redemption facility on 30 June and 31 December 
of up to 25 per cent. of the Company's relevant class of shares in issue to 
investors. 
The Directors have resolved not to exercise their discretion to offer a 
redemption facility as at 30 June 2010. 
The Company continues to operate an active share buyback programme.

Company obtained consent under the Control of Borrowing (Bailiwick of Guernsey)
