                              New Issue of Shares 
In relation to the 30 September 2010 Conversion Calculation Date, the Company 
has made an application to admit 186 US Dollar shares to the official list of 
the UK Listing Authority and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange, and to trading 
on the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange. 
Shareholder CREST accounts for those shareholders will be credited with the new 
shares on 9 November 2010. 
Following issue of the relevant shares, the total number of shares in issue and 
voting rights in each class will be as follows: 
 
-    169,853,518 Sterling Shares 
 
-    2,849,907 Euro Shares 
 
-    15,316,001 US Dollar Shares 
 
 
The total of these figures (188,019,426) may be used by shareholders as the 
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are 
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the 
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
